And are you willing to work hard and expand your comfort zones by working at fast-paced events?
If so, then you might be a great fit for our dynamic Retail Sales & Promotions Assistant role!
Bamboosh is an independent company with bags of ambition and a goal of becoming a global name in the sales and marketing industry over the coming years. We specialise in EVENTS, which has really separated us from our competition in the current market.
As a business, Bamboosh helps other businesses enhance their sales and marketing campaigns by hosting different types of events to generate customers, profitability and brand awareness for clients. (All social distancing measures are observed) We work with clients from across the UK from different sectors such as telecommunications, energy, broadband, not for profit, banking and more.
Retail Sales Assistants Details:
We are currently seeking to fill a number of openings with marketing, sales, and customer service all rolled into one. You will begin by learning to represent our clients to the public in an effort to help them increase their market share by acquiring new customers on their behalf. Everyone develops their own style of pitching the products and services based on their personality, so it’s a very natural sale.
Training and Development:
We offer in-house and on-site training, so sales and marketing experience is not necessary. You will learn how to effectively explain our clients’ services, answer questions, and complete new customer registrations. We also foster an environment that encourages teamwork and friendlily competition. The better our team members perform, the more incentives our clients offer us, so it’s in our best interest to help people succeed! Furthermore, all initial earnings are commission only based, therefore the more you put in the more you'll get out.
Progression and Advancement Opportunities:
We're also looking for a handful of people who have what it takes to develop into future managers and consultants. These opportunities will be discussed in person with applicants we feel are suited to handle the responsibility of developing others and assisting our clients on a larger scale.
If you consider yourself a ‘people person’ and you’re looking for a chance to prove yourself, we may hold the key to your future, and would love to hear from you!
There are no specific work or educational requirements for this job, but:
- we expect you to be able to manage your time well and be organized
- we expect you to represent our clients with honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm
- we expect you to be willing to learn new skills and expand your comfort zone
- we expect you to be able to work well within a team and independently
- we expect you to take accountability for your actions and results as all initial earnings are performance-based
- you’ll need to be 18+ years of age, eligible to work in the UK on a self-employed basis and able to commute to Cardiff
