A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner/ generalist to join a forward thinking fast paced organisation.
My client are going through a large change programme/ period of growth. As such we are seeking an immediately available HR professional. This opportunity will be working in a shared service capacity with a responsibility to assist the recruitment/ talent acquisition function on senior executive hires. The contract will begin with a 3 month period with the view of an extension or ultimately a permanent role. The position will be looking after 1,000 employees so large scale HR change with proven delivery in a high volume work capacity would be beneficial. Candidates who have worked in demanding environments preferably with retail experience will be desirable.
