Based at their Community Shop in Liverpool, we are seeking two shop supervisors responsible for the day to day running of the retail space; this includes food safety, record keeping, safe working practices, stock rotation, stock ordering, merchandising, organisation and prioritisation of workloads for colleagues. As part of the role you will lead the team to deliver a great customer experience and to deliver set targets and KPI’s and deliver any required support and training.
Proactive and open minded, you will lead by example and be hands on in your approach to work, demonstrating retail skills and a dynamic approach to each day. You’ll have experience in a similar role, excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and strong ability to motivate.
This role is working 37.5 hours per week, between Monday to Saturday. In return you’ll receive a salary of £20k plus benefits including membership to the Community Shop and Perkbox.
