About the opportunity
You’ll work to support store teams within your area, driving performance through strong relationships, brilliant people management, reliable guidance and regular visits.
By working to inspire people, optimise your stores, coach local leaders, and get everyone pulling in the same direction with promotions and events, you’ll become an integral part of this retailer’s continued growth.
You’ll be an enthusiastic, people-driven and commercially savvy leader with experience of leading teams in a fast-paced, demanding retail environment. You should also be able to demonstrate previous success in driving performance and compliance.
The very best leaders create more leaders, so you should be confident in coaching and encouraging the development of your teams. Naturally, you should also be an exceptional communicator, capable of giving clear guidance even when working under pressure.
Lastly, you should be a true team player who doesn’t shy away from rolling your sleeves up, getting stuck in and leading from the very front.
