German speaking Customer Service Administrator

Great news!! 

Our client, a fabulous forward thinking international organisation, has an immediate opportunity for a commercially minded native-level German speaker to join their proactive team.

This German speaking Customer Service Administration role is available on a fixed term contract until April 2021 and due to Covid-19 will initially mean working from home.  As change is the constant right now they are working on options to have a rotation of staff working from home or in the office when they do eventually make the move back to their bright and airy offices close to Nottingham city centre.

You will be supporting their Customer Service Representatives with administrative tasks which will include order processing and resolving disputes amongst a range of other duties.  And reporting into to a delightful team leader who is warm and engaging, and like all their staff, proactive and passionate about their role within the company.

This fantastic opportunity would ideally suit an upbeat, confident, team player with strong communication, customer service and admin skills / experience looking to join a dynamic organisation located close to Nottingham city centre.

Fluent, native-level German and English essential.
