"Yet, another recruitment company job advert that reads the same of the rest..." Not this time!
We see it every day, people create ads that sound boring, "you have to have this tech... You SHALL be able to build all of our frontend system by yourself, but for £40k, thats the client's budget" - Most of the time you click apply without even reading the advert, a recruiter gives you a call speaking to you like you are bestfriends and you have to pretend you remeber the role you applied for - its awkward!
Anyway, guess what? We are working with a well known online retailer who is well known across the UK. Not only that, they are planning to change the online retail industry for good (how cliche). Our client is building out 2 more pods within the IT department and are specifically looking for 2 Senior Frontend Developers.
The good stuff:
- It is pretty much all the good stuff, frontend technolgoies, React, TypeScript, Redux, Hooks.
- Not quite a technology, but having a passion to learn new things around cloud technologies is important - the business is scaling up and moving everything from serverless to cloud.
- Self Development is key for this business, every Friday the business will let you have half a day to yourself to work on personal projects, run regular workshops or if you want to start to improve your public speaking skills they will let you running some coding schools.
- One more thing, they will provide you with AWS certification once you have completed the training through them.
If you havem applied already without actually reading this, fair enough, I will have a look at your CV and get back to you. If you actually made it this far, I appreciate taking the time to read (I do not enjoy writing these things, nobody does...) then hit apply and let's get something set up!
