Our glorious handmade chocolates, are often included in our famous F&M Hampers, and packed in with other glorious things to eat, drink and enjoy.

Excitingly, we have a wonderful opportunity for an established and passionate Merchandiser, to work with our Confectionery departments, in order to bring the very best – from the moderately priced, to the frankly extravagant, to our customers.

The role will involve working hand-in-hand with our buyers to ensure we have the correct planning and strategy in place to manage stock effectively as well as have the commercial awareness to understand changes and trends within the market.  Further to this, we’re looking for someone with demonstrated experience in commercial planning, producing statistical analysis of sales/brands, and formulating sales forecasts.

This role is pivotal within the Merchandising team, as you will be instrumental in driving the departmental strategy, as well as managing and achieving the targeted measures of sales and profit through the construction of commercial ranges. You will consistently manage the supply base, and work closely with suppliers to minimize lead times, create flexibility and improve availability.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong Merchandising background ideally within a similar industry with a solid understanding of range planning and forecasting principles. To be part of this exciting period of growth, please apply now!
