Assistant Merchandiser- Tea & Coffee

Working closely with our buyers and team of merchandisers, we have a wonderful opportunity for an Assistant Merchandiser to work across our Tea & Coffee departments.
As an Assistant Merchandiser at Fortnum & Mason, you will have the pleasure of working with the finest of products, all while ensuring you deliver the highest standard of stock management through accurate systems management, and adhering to agreed business processes. As this is a multi-departmental role, the successful candidate have to be able to work proactively as they are responsible for monitoring all stock levels and replenishment.
Our Assistant will also support range reviews, plans and presentations, in line with the department's annual planning. This role is numbers-focused, so an advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
The ideal candidate will have a background in merchandising and or stock control, specifically experience in reporting and analysis, inventory control and budget management. This role is linked to many departments around the business therefore relationship management with external and internal partners is imperative. We are looking for a people-centric, highly organised and motivated merchandising professional, who isn't afraid of administration and working independently.
It goes without saying that we are looking for someone with passion and experience within the industry, and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently an Assistant Merchandiser or an experienced MAA looking to step up and take on more responsibility.
