You’re not just someone who knows about all things technical – you love helping out your less switched-on friends and family too. That means you’ll make a great Technology Support Advisor (known as an In-Store Service Advisor within the business). You’ll be on hand to solve those tricky technical issues whether it’s setting up a PC or insuring a product. We want you to offer our customers great advice (and put a smile on their faces) by helping them get the best out of their technology. You’ll be boosting sales figures as well, by suggesting add-ons and extras.
To keep your technical knowledge bang up-to-date, you’ll get exposure to the very latest technology. There will be plenty of training, support and encouragement - plus different career paths to explore across the wider Dixons Carphone group
What are we looking for from you? Technical knowledge and expertise, of course, plus the ability to explain complex information in a clear and straightforward way to our customers. You’ll also be a good team worker too, with a focus on results. Above all, you have to share our passion for achieving amazing things – for our customers, colleagues and ourselves.
