You will design merchandising solutions in line with the company's aspirations in order to drive sales. You will also liaise with other departments, such as the Buying and Logistics teams, to make decisions regarding the displays of key product ranges. Occasional store visits may also be required as you grow within the role, enabling you to establish and review new displays in store.
You will have previous experience as a visual merchandiser and want to grow your career within a retail environment. This position requires sound knowledge of Microsoft and design packages such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. An understanding of design, colour theory and seasonal trends would also be an advantage. Above all, a desire to work hard and progress within a growing business is what we are really looking for.
