Part Time Retail Sales Administrator
This position is 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesdy & either Wednesday or Thursday) for up to 9 months.
This is a friendly small office that sell products online. The position is based on Strand and the position is supporting with sales administration and customer service.
- Taking and entering orders onto the system
- Emailing order acknowledgements & requesting customer confirmation
- Tracking process from order to delivery to invoicing, ensure that all is happening within estimated time frames and informing the client each step of the way
- General data input
- General admin tasks
- Dealing with customer queries

- Assisting in the day to day running of Retail and Wholesale Accounts.
- Liaising with various accounts for orders, deliveries
- General Account Administration
- Assist in generating new accounts and supporting specific dedicated accounts
- Manage set-up and day to day functionality of retail accounts
- Raising quotations
- Handling customer requests
- Chasing sales quotes
- Managing EPOS Data
- Maintaining good customer relations
- Answering customers’ queries
- Producing reports
- Maintaining client records
- Attending meetings with various account
Numerate and analytical
Works well to deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Package – especially Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail
