| My client is a market leader in the their field operating many sites across of the UK. They are passionate about offering their customers high quality branded concepts in an environment that complements their commitment to customer service. As an extension of their service they are looking to diversify into an exciting new direction and are therefor looking for a market leading Food Retail Manager. Job Description Reporting directly to the Director you will take responsibility of the day to day running of this very exciting new business. As it is a start up business you will be given the opportunity to recruit your own team. As this is the first of its kind you will be responsible for setting the standards that others follow- be this customer service, maximising unit sales, stock/ inventory control and reducing wastage. Required Experience The successful candidate will have a proven ability in managing high turnover businesses with several hundred food lines- some of which are fresh . Ideally your background will be in a leading supermarket chain where you currently manage more than 25 staff including under managers. Remuneration The starting salary for this role is 30,000. Bonuses can be achieved on a quarterly basis dependant on experience.
