To become a Store Manager in a TK Maxx store you must have experience of managing turnovers of minimum £3m+ and head counts of 30+ in a fast paced retail environment.

The role:
This Store Manager opportunity will allow you to take full profit and loss accountability for one of our TK Maxx stores.
The key focuses of the role are to drive opportunities to maximise sales and profit, to develop your team to the best of their ability, delivering outstanding customer service, effective and timely performance management, developing talent, succession planning and driving merchandise standards across the business.
You will be expected to embrace the informal yet progressive culture, where no two days are the same, where ideas and input from all Associates is valued and where there is a real opportunity for every person to make a difference. Person specifications and role requirements:
For the role of Store Manager you will be required to lead, orchestrate and energise the store to achieve, whilst having the proven ability to surpass its sales and profit targets, and control costs in your store.
We are seeking retail management professionals with the commitment, desire and passion to deliver the best results possible, through their team.
To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate your proven track record of direct accountability in large, fast paced, ever changing retail environment.
You may have experience in one of the following roles:
Store Manager, General Manager, Deputy Manager, Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, Commercial Manager, Brand Manager or other Senior Manager equivalents
Within: Fashion, sportwear, department store, homeware, interior, supermarket, general merchandise, home improvement / DIY, value, off price or other similar retail environments
