Store Manager /General Manager / Retail Store Manager , required for an expanding Independent Retail chain , who are opening up a number of new stores across the UK.
They are now looking for Store Managers and Duty Managers , to become part of this expansion in various locations.
Store Manager Salary of between £27k - £40k basic ( dependent on experience ) + bonus of 10 % + .
Duty Manager salary of between £17k - £23k , with flexibility for the right candidate + bonus .
Vacancies Currently in the following locations ;
North East , Gateshead , Durham
Speke , Liverpool
North West
+ Other areas of the country.

Job description:
This is an excellent opportunity for existing retail managers / store managers / duty managers to join a fast moving , rapidly expanding , Independent retailer , in a period of major growth and new store openings.
This is a hands on, frontline , store management and duty management role , and you will be an experienced store , retail manager or duty / department manager , with a proven track record in managing and leading teams, Customer service , target achievement , stock management and general successful Retailing.
Your main KPI’s will include ;
Sales
Stock Control
Customer Service
Health and Safety
Cost Management ( Wages etc )
Skills / Experience;
You will have previous Retail Store Management experience or Duty Management experience .
Your current or previous role may be in Food ,Supermarkets, Grocery , Retail , Toys , DIY or other related retailing sectors.
People Management experience
Ability to work in a high pressure sales driven environment
Commercially aware.
Good communication skills.
Great Customer Service skills .
Organised , disciplined and self motivated.
Energetic and driven
Hands on , roll up the sleeves , get on the shop floor approach.
