Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage supplier relationships on behalf of the company. Negotiate costs and delivery lead times with suppliers. Manage the documentation associated with purchase orders. Analysing stock reports and monitor stock levels. Managing the buying of stock from overseas. Overseeing and monitoring contracts with suppliers. Sourcing new suppliers in the UK and Abroad. Liaise with Sales team members regarding their customers’ enquiries and order status. Managing and purchasing all types of PPE and other consumables. Negotiate & establish long term supply contracts such as utilities, insurances and other services.
