What will the role involve?

• Managing high value spend across a range of Indirect categories
• Undertaking contract management and supplier relationship management activities
• Issuing tenders and analysing supplier responses
• Negotiating pricing and contractual terms with suppliers
• Managing and developing internal and external stakeholder relationships

Ideal Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in a Procurement or Buyer role
• Previous experience of tendering and contract negotiation
• Strong relationship building / stakeholder engagement skills
• Good analytical skills with a working knowledge of Excel
• CIPS qualification, or keenness to work towards
