Marketplace Manager Overview: Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a leading Retailer on their search for a Marketplace Manager. You will be responsible for managing the growth and changes of the client’s product listing across various online marketplaces – in particular eBay and Amazon.
Marketplace Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage eBay and Amazon listing and marketplace
- Manage and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability on all marketplaces.
- Liaise with internal departments (such as marketing and sales) to ensure product listings are attractive and competitive.
- Monitor and analyse marketplace metrics to identify trends and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure adequate product supply for eCommerce platforms.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities and platforms for expansion, especially within the eCommerce sector.
Marketplace Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience managing eBay and Amazon marketplace & listings
- Ideally B2C or Retail / Ecommerce experience
- Strong fundamentals and understanding of eCommerce, it’s principles and optimisation
- Excellent communication and team interaction skills
