  You can retrieve your password from our system by using the "Forgot Password" link in the Navigation Menu.
You just need to provide the correct email address used during registration process.

I would like to receive daily/weekly emails with retail vacancies from the system matching my CV, what should I do?
  You should subscribe to the "Jobmail" service, and the system will send you daily or weekly emails with the new jobs posted that match your CV.
You will need to upload your CV into the system to be able to use this Service.
You can unsubscribe from this service, at anytime by clicking on the Jobmail Section in the Navigation Menu.

I would like to change my CV details, is this possible?
  You can change the CV details using the "My CV" link in the Navigation Menu.
After making the necessary amendments you can click the Save Button to publish it. There is also a Preview CV link, which will display your CV the way it's viewed by the employers.

I would like employers to be able to download my word/pdf format CV file, is this possible?
  Yes, you just need to upload your CV from your computer into our system using the browse (upload) button of the My CV link (in the Navigation Menu).

  You can create your account using the "Registration" link on the top left-hand side of the home page.

  You can click on the Planning link in the Navigation Menu to view information about the fees and benefits of our system.

  We accept Credit/Debit Card payments (via Moneybookers) cheque or bank transfers.

What is the normal expiration period of my posted jobs?
  The normal expiration for a job is 30 days unless you choose to make it for less.

  You should subscribe to the "CVMail" service, and the system will send you daily or weekly emails with the new CV's posted which match your job(s).
You can unsubscribe from it at anytime, by clicking on ‘My Company’ link in the Navigation Menu.

I would like to change my profile details, is this possible?
  You can change the account/profile details using the "My Profile" link in the Navigation Menu.

  Yes, you just need to upload your logo when registering or in the the 'My Profile' link (from the Navigation Menu).
