Description My client is looking for motivated, highly presented customer service candidates to join their team on a temporary basis throughout our busiest month of the year, December. The ideal candidates will display exceptional levels of customer service and exceed and deliver customers’ expectations. The successful candidates will be given adequate training before the launch.

Duties will include:
• Providing face to face customer service and information to consumers
• Delivering high standards of customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Opening and closing procedures, cashing up and balancing till daily.
Required Skills:
• Experience in a customer service role
• Exceptional communication skills
• Previous knowledge of cash handling skills and using tills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and pick up new procedures
The start dates for the above posts are 3rd & 10th December. You will be working between 15 – 20 hours and up to 30 closer to Christmas. You must be able to work evenings (until 12pm when required) and also weekends. If you are interested in this position please contact me ASAP.
