Plant Nursery Worker

My prestigious Ravenshead based client are currently seeking a Plant Nursery Worker to support their team.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Providing the highest levels of customer service.
- Maintaining the plants/stock area
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery premises
- Perform some heavy lifting tasks to move plants, soil, and other materials around the nursery
- Irrigate plants using appropriate watering techniques
- Work in adverse weather conditions if required
- Helping to serve the customers
The ideal candidate:
- To be a keen gardener or have a similar hobby with plants would be advantageous.
- Plant nursery experience would be desirable, however, is not essential.
- Happy working part-time hours on a temporary basis.
Hours of Work:
- 2 Days per week (Part Time) – Mondays & Fridays.
- 9am start, 30-minute lunch and a 3pm-4pm finish (depending on the needs of the business)
Please note: this position is initially offered as a Temporary Position as cover, however, currently has no end date.
